Help! My site won’t load.

    I am hosting my wordpress site on an outside server. The folder that the files are in can be access by the web. I know this because I put in a test file. I can still log in to Worpress and make changes through the dashboard. The problem is when I try to preview the page or look at the actual pages in a browser, it just idles and after 60 seconds says that it can’t load the page. It was working fine on minute and now it’s not. I don’t know if it’s something I did or if it’s just a sever issue.

    I am very confused. Is it a permissions issue?
