Help – My unpublished website and dashboard is no longer accessible

  When trying to access my website and dashboard I receive an error message that my connection is not private.

  Has anyone had the same issue?

  Oh, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Are you getting the error when trying to access the link above?

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
