Help! My very long post has disappeared…

  I just spent hours typing a post, it was quite long and pressed publish, and all I see is one paragraph. The rest of what I typed is GONE. Where is it? I will be very upset if it cannot be retrieved and is just lost, Every time i have used WordPress it’s gotten more and more difficult, this is the worst.

  I am using an iPad and do not know how to clear the browser cache or cookies on it.
