Help! My WordPress site has a Malware virus and I need help learning how to do a fresh install to re

I’ve had someone look at it and install some security plugins with no avail at getting rid of the malware. Unless there’s a vulnerability with WordPress or one of my plugins, it seems there’s a script that was added & has left a backdoor open for hackers. I want to try and backup what I have and do a fresh install of my site (or manually add the content from my database into a new one) but I don’t know how. Help!

Be aware that this is wordpress.COM support and we do not provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting or local wordpress.ORG installs on your own server.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

My URL is LaurenRuef.com and I believe it was set up on a free WordPress.org site. I will follow up on those forums for help. Thanks

You are right. That is not site hosted by wordpress.COM. You may need to contact your web host.

Thanks. Now I need to figure out how to create a topic on that forum. It’s not very evident to me how to do that.
