Help – need bundle refund but says 30 days are up

  • Unknown's avatar

I had a client decide on a different direction after I purchased the premium bundle myself to start working with reimbursement from my client later. I tried to cancel the premium plan, but it said my 30 days are past (even though my receipt says September 25) and explain the refund thing in the “Why did you cancel” box, but I don’t know if anyone will read that or if they won’t read it until after my 30 days are really up. Anyway, how can I get my refund?

    Thanks so much :)

How does this get tagged for a staff followup?

    Hi there,

I’m sorry for the trouble you had canceling that Premium plan. I just canceled it for you and issued a full refund. (Please note that it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)

If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know!
