Help need live support to purchase business account

We are trying to purchase a paid business site but encountered an error. Went through the chatbot for support and are stuck in a loop where it recognizes we need to speak to a human but when we request it (following it’s directions), it says we can’t as we don’t have a paid plan. So frustrating as we are trying to become paying customers! Is there another way to contact actual human support?
