HELP! – need to become admin on my site

  I have a site created in WordPress: http://www.SandieByrneMedium.ie

  I’ve only ever accessed the site by logging in using the site address above followed by: /wp-admin
  The person that put this site together for me no longer does websites and I need to get control to all aspects of my site including becoming the admin so I can update it.

  What is the best way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These forums offer support to sites created on WordPress.com. I can see your site http://www.SandieByrneMedium.ie is self-hosted with an external provider.

  As your site is not on WordPress.com, you will need to register and ask for support on the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Thanks so much for the reply!

  I signed up for WordPress.com thinking it was the same thing and I could access it myself. Luckily I can make changes but I have no admin access. I think I’ll have to pay someone to sort this for me.
