help need to renew email

    I did not receive an email reminding me that my email subscription was expiring. I need to update my credit card and retransfer my domain over. It won’t let me update my CC, stating that my email hasn’t been verified. When I press the resend email button, no email is sent. Yes I have checked my junk folder. I put a ticket in about this yesterday and have not had a response. It is imperative that I get my email back for my business.

    Hi! It looks like some of your expired subscriptions may have been giving you trouble. Are you able to renew them here now?

    The domain itself seems active, for what that’s worth. It seems just your plan and domain connection and email had all expired. Once that’s resolved, you can work on transferring the domain again if you’d like.
