  A colleague of mine has activated a website. However she has left the company and we cannot find a way to login. We do not have an activation code and we cannot login in any of the email addresses we have tried. Can you please assist?

  Same here. A former employee started a blog but we don’t have the login or pw. atwoodpublishing.com/wordpress We think the Username is [redacted]

  I’m following up for Gemma here.

  That domain is not connected to WordPress.com. It looks to be registered through and hosted at GoDaddy. Have you contacted them for help with this?

  We aren’t able to give out any details about the account that owns atwoodpublishing.wordpress.com. To access the site you’ll need to provide proof of ownership as mentioned in the account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  The best solution would be to contact the owner of the site, the person who set it up, and ask them to transfer it to someone who is active on the project still.

  We are the owner of the site. The person who set it up is no longer employed here and cannot be reached. Dan Faultersak set it up back in May 2014. He hasn’t been with us for over 2 years. We would like to continue with the blog but have no access. We believe the username may be his now non-existent email address which was danf or atwoodpub.
