  I never received a refund for my cancellation of my website! I was supposed to receive a refund in 10-14 business days.

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 12/18 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.

  Please let me know what you find out and we’ll go from there.
