  I pay for the 25.00 a month plan. I Am making food progress on my page but need some assistance on a few things. Ease reach out to me.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software, hosted by WP Engine. They’re the ones you’re paying for your site, not us.

  We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
