    Hi

    I am receiving a wordpress message when I try to upgrade my plan to a business account. How do i reset my purchases so I can upgrade and install the ZIP plugin

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
