I have a word press account, User Name: @renesteyl, which i had a website linked to http://www.sensationalcollectionsbyrene.com, which I have cancelled, as i cancelled the domain as well… I created a new domain with Register domain SA http://www.heksiesemporium.co.za which I linked with word press, which created a new username: @renesteyl_ff01j9qs, to be honest the web builder with the new user name is very confusing and i find it difficult linking pages and social media pages etc.. is there any way of combining the new user name to my original user name, and not loose my website i started building.
Could someone please get back to me asap.
Want to finish my website, but scared that i will loose everything and have to start all over again…
This is very confusing and frustrating.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out.
It looks like http://www.sensationalcollectionsbyrene.com was in use with this installation here: sensationalcollectionsbyrene.wordpress.com, which is on the account you’re communicating from now.
http://www.heksiesemporium.co.za is a site that’s not hosted with WordPress.com, but is using self-hosted WordPress, which is slightly different to that of WordPress.com. The differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
There’s also no WordPress.com account using the username: renesteyl_ff01j9qs so this may be the username used when logging into: http://www.heksiesemporium.co.za/wp-admin/
To get the site: http://www.heksiesemporium.co.za under the renesteyl account, there are two main ways. It’s possible to migrate the site over from the current host to WordPress.com, and this can be done using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ – thankfully, this is a completely automated service.
A WordPress.com Business plan would need to purchased in order to complete this migration, and so you would no longer need the hosting with the other provider.
The other method is to use the Jetpack plugin, and connect the site to the WordPress.com account, the steps of which can be found here: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack – but the hosting would remain with the current provider.
If the host remains with the current provider, I’d take the opportunity to use Jetpack back up – https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ if the hosting provider does not provide back ups.
I hope this helps to explain the set up and next steps. We’re happy to help in anyway we can.
