  Can anyone tell me how can I get my post on to my homepage, the page everyone clicks first?

  You currently have two static pages. You don’t have any Posts at all as far as I can see.

  Go to Settings->General (or it might be Settings->Reading) and make sure to select that the blog opens on the posts instead of a static page.
