Help needed by importing Avada theme

  Hi,

  I bought the Avada theme from Envato and I have trouble importing it. I can’t find out how to start.

  We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM and that site is not one of them. We do not provide support for it here at WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum for help with that site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
