Help Needed: Can’t Access WordPress Site (Built by Developer)

    Hi WP community,

    I’m reaching out for support on behalf of Marco Lopez, whose website mindtunenow.com is currently inaccessible. I’m Lara, his assistant, and I’m doing my best to help recover access to the WordPress admin.

    The Situation:

    • The WordPress site was originally built and set up entirely by a developer/team called Jambojon.
    • Marco was not given access to key recovery credentials (like activation email or transaction ID).
    • Recently, I accidentally 😅 redirected the domain to a landing page using MY360CRM.
    • I’ve since removed the redirect on both GoDaddy (our domain registrar) and in the MY360CRM platform.

    However, after the redirect was removed, the site mindtunenow.com remains down, and we cannot access the admin login at:

    Current Setup:

    • Domain Registrar: GoDaddy
    • Hosting Provider: KnownHost
    • Website Builder: Jambojon (external design/development team)

    We are now trying to recover access or connect with WordPress support, but the Account Recovery Form requires at least one of the following:

    • A transaction ID (we don’t have one—developer handled setup)
    • An activation URL or key (we’ve asked the developer but haven’t received it yet)
    • A 2FA backup code (also not set up by us)

    We currently do not have any of these, so we’re unable to proceed through the official recovery form.

    What We Need Help With:

    • Has anyone here had success recovering or accessing their WordPress admin without those three items?
    • Is there any way to bypass the recovery form if the hosting is with KnownHost and domain is with GoDaddy, but the original account creation was done by a third-party developer?
    • Any guidance on pointing the domain back to the correct IP (WordPress side) so we can reestablish access?
    • Could a temporary login link or preview URL be requested somehow?

    Any help, direction, or shared experience would mean the world! We’re trying to avoid starting from scratch and would love to just get back into the dashboard to continue managing the existing site.

    We are unable to help you with this, but you might try to get help in the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Contacting your current host would also be a good idea. That is Cloudflare it seems: https://www.support.cloudflare.com/s/?language=en_US
