Help needed – inactive account

    Hello, since generating an account with you it has remained inactive for the whole year. The reason for this is because my daughter and I find it very confusing and difficult to blog anything. Even finding out to do this was difficult. I received an email from you yesterday to say that my domain would be renewed on 31 August. Today you have taken £28 from my PayPal account. I’ve turned off the auto renew so can you please give me a refund. I really won’t be using this domain or account again so don’t see why I should pay for this. After reading other posts I see im not alone in this problem- does that not concern you ? If I could speak or email directly that would be good as I’m very anxious about this.

  • I’m seeing that payment as having been voided. So I am going to assume that this issue has been taken care of unless I hear otherwise from you.
