  I am trying to redirect the blog to the address http://www.blog.itbalm.com.br
  but there is an apparent error.

  I upgraded the get the redirect for $ 13, should i have choosen domain map instead?

  looking forward to any help

  Hi there,

  I checked your domain which is http://blog.itbalm.com.br (note there is no www. subdomain. It’s just the last part of the address) and it is registered through Automattic/WordPress.com. However, when I check to see if it is valid (click here to check yourself), it says “No domain mapping found”

  Therefore, you need to point your website to your domain name. The best info on doing that is here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
