Help needed to refund a domain

  Hi there, I tried to begin creating a website last weekend using a combination of elegant themes Divi and bought 2 wordpress plans which I then had to cancel as we couldn’t get everything to work. Both plans have been part refunded only. Each one still has £11 outstanding to be refunded. Please help! Thank you

  Hi there, refunds are available for 30-days from date of purchase on everything but registration of custom domains, which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase.

  I see that you were being helped previously by Staff in this thread, but I’ve tagged this one for their attention. Kindly confirm whether you contacted your bank about receipt of the refund as per @lizkarkowski’s advice.

  I have processed the rest of those refunds for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
