Help needed: unable to upload new profile photo

  Hello there,

  I’ve tried to upload a new profile photo, but your portal return with an error message ‘Hmm, your new profile was not saved. Please try uploading again’. I’m not sure quite what could be wrong with the issue. But I’ve tried to upload two different photo, both of them are of a different file/image

  Could you please make sure you have followed this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/

  and checked under > Settings > General and is the image the same there as it is here? > Users > My Profile

  If everything looks correct to you and you still don’t see the updated image then go to Gravatar support > http://en.gravatar.com/site/contact-us/
