Hello there, Since your site at theinsiderscloset.com. appears to be hosted at BlueHost and is using a standalone WP (org) install we won’t really be able to help you resolve this issue here in the technical support forums for WordPressdotcom sites.
Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with different documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
You can also approach BlueHost’s support for assistance with this problem.
Best wishes.

Sorry to bother you @justjennifer, is there any way I can switch from WordPress org to wordpressdotcom? I think it will be easier for me to work with, and I’m not sure why I would even be on WordPress org?
-
Yes, of course. :)
Before anything else, however, do please read about the differences between WordPress.ORG and WordPressdotcom to make sure COM is a good fit for your needs: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This might also be helpful: https://en.support.wordpress.com/do-i-need-to-self-host/
I’m not entirely sure what kind of site you have, but currently there is no full ecommerce solution available to WordPressdotcom sites other than to link to a 3rd party shop elsewhere online.
If you have any other questions, please ask.

Hello again, WordPressdotcom Staff recently announced a change which allows Business Plan users to activate additional plugins through their dashboard, which includes WooCommerce and other plugins from the official WordPress plugin repository. You’ll want to read the updated Support doc I linked to earlier for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Let us know if you have any other question about this.
