Help Needed with 3 Things.

Hello, first off ill apologise now if this is in the wrong section.
Currently we are doing a huge overhaul on our website and everything now seems to have fallen into place and is looking a million times better.
There are however 3 Things in which I could do with some guidance on.
1.
Create a customers log in area for my clients to log in, update their details Inc address, phone number all the usual stuff but also their pets infomation as well such as vaccination records (uploading a photocopy of this to send to me) microchip details and a calendar that allows them to in put when they would like their pet visiting that week…this calendar would also show when I’m away and unavailable, along with a product order list showing the next available date for delivery.2.
I would like to have a section on my website where by people can make a booking request, again with all their details their pets details but again another calendar where they can input the date of the first visit and the day of the last visit.3.
And an easier on….opinions on which is the best plug in to use for a online shop? Personally I want to stay away from paypal it just seems like too much hassless, having to transfer it back into the bank and not only face charges from PayPal but the bank as well…..I’d rather it go straight into the bank.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are confusing WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. To do what you want to do requires paid web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting and setting up a wordpress.org software install. http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
