Help needed with Changing an Unverified Email Address

    I made a mistake when typing it in and I can’t change it because it says I need to verify it, but of course I’m unable to.

    Hi there!

    I’ve tagged staff to give you a hand here. They should be able to activate your account for you manually so you can change the email address.

    They’re on their annual meetup, so thank you for your patience while they have some delays.

    Please mention the correct email that you want to add to your site so that staff can update it for you. Please don’t be worry about posting the email in public forum as the email you will send in reply will be just visible to the staff member and will be hidden from everyone else.

    Hi there,

    I have activated your account for you.

    When you log in to your WP Admin Dashboard here: fountainofnonsense.wordpress.com/wp-admin, do you get this prompt http://d.pr/i/hqOZ? If so, then you should be able to correct your address by clicking Send to another email address.

    You can also change your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.
