Help needed with theme decision thanks

    Hi we have had never ending problems with our theme
    we have reloaded it twice and last developer has deleted templates it appears for some of our pages or we have a bug .

    We have someone looking at it do you think we should drop the so called fancy template of zagga and head for an easy one such as twenty twenty and then go premium on this site. We are selling e products and real products. Would love some ideas thank you.

    We have asked and waited for months for a response from developers of zagga but never had any response.
