Help – No access to page

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what the issue is but families are unable to access our website.

    This is the message they receive:

    “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ”

    Hi there,

    What is the domain, please?

    That warning appears when a domain is pointed to WordPress.com’s servers, but it’s not connected to any site on WordPress.com via a domain mapping upgrade.

    If it’s for the domain, londonhearingservices.info, the domain mapping upgrade for that domain was removed from your account in October last year, after we received a chargeback from your bank/credit card company for the last renewal for the upgrade that was paid in July. It looks like you’ve been in contact with our billing support team via email as well, as I can see an email support ticket logged with them on 30 November 2018.

    When we receive a dispute on a renewal charge all upgrades are removed from the site and the site is locked for editing pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can see our full policy in this regard here:
