Help no plugin

  I’m having such a hard time. My dashboard does not have a plugin option what can I do?

  Hi,

  On WordPress.com, users don’t have an option to install plugins. WordPress.com itself provides facilities of some selected plugins as integrated features. And users can also request WordPress.com to add more plugin’s facilities.
