Help – no refund for domain cancellation

    Hi,

    I purchased a new domain name – passthemicradio.com – and then cancelled it, as .org will be a better fit. I still haven’t received a refund. Can someone please look into this for me?

    I requested the cancellation within a few hours of the purchase.

    Have you received a Cancellation Email? I ask that because as stated on https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/, you should click a link there in order to proceed:

    You can cancel a domain registered through WordPress.com:

    within two days of purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel, please log into your account and go to My Upgrades. Click Cancel next to the domain you wish to cancel.
    after two days from the purchase date, you will not receive a refund but the domain can still be canceled by contacting support.

    Important note: The cancellation link sent to your the email address in your account is only valid for 24 hours. If you click and see an error, please contact us.
