HELP! Not able to add featured area in Sela template theme

  Hi, I am using the free version of the Sela theme template but there is NO area for featured pages. The template information page shows that it is possible to have three featured areas on the front page, but there is no option anywhere for that under Admin. Can someone please help?

  I have checked the Admin panel, the page attributes and other options but there is nothing on how to make an area featured on the front page.
