Help – not allowed into the wordpress account I have set up

  Please help!
  I set up keswickstudentspeaker.wordpress.com last week.
  I then paid for an upgrade and, it appears, accidentally set up a second website called keswickstudentspeakerdotco.wordpress.com which is of no use to me.
  keswickstudentspeaker.wordpress.com comes up with a blank screen
  keswickstudentspeakerdotco.wordpress.com will not let me either access the dashboard and last week did not allow me to access the premium themes etc.
  I’ve checked my credit card and have paid for a premium wordpress account but have nothing to show for it other than confusion and annoyance.
  Help me, please.
