HELP.. Old login details lost.

    Hi.

    A few years a go someone made me a website using wordpress. However about a year ago the host got a virus and stopped hosting it. I have lost my login details, and when using the lost password box, it isn’t recognising any of my email addresses or user names. Will all my details have been lost because he stopped hosting my website. He has since stopped doing this type of stuff so can’t help. Was hoping admin or webmaster would be able to help if i gave my website address.

    I am a complete novice at this so any help would be very much appriciated. Here is the last bit of info I got off my friend when asking about it.

    ” Hi ,

    Found it. Sorry for delay. Please find attached the last backup of your website, the theme we used is the “itheme-1-1”.

    This attachment contained a virus and was stripped.
    Filename: beezneez.zip
    Content-Type: application/octet-stream
    Virus(es): Mal/Iframe-F

    I’m sorry but that blog is not a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you with it. WordPress.COM blogs and wordpress.org installs operate on different code. The correct support forum to get support for that blog is here > http://wordpress.ORG/support
