help on a blog page

I need a blog page containing two tabs of two separate subjects.
Also when updating my menu will say different to what’s been showing even after the page has been refreshed. The page menus and page setup jumps.
I was following on how to have two blogs on a site but I have stopped as the menus in the dashboard set up are different to what they say on the published blog site.

Based on my understanding, I believe you want 2 separate blog pages with different posts in it. You can do by creating category pages.
Create 2 categories by following approach:
– Go to My Sites > Settings > Writing > Category
– Create a Category

– Go to My Sites > Themes > Customize > Menus
– Select the Primary Menu
– Click on Add Items
– Select the Category
– Create a blog post and assign the category to it
https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-postNow every time you add a post to that category it will be listed in that category page. So, you’ll have posts distributed in 2 categories which will seem like you have 2 blog pages.
