HELP! on admin email? and site

I had my WP site designed with Elementor. I changed the password after they finished. I can no longer log in to my https://emilybrownconsulting.com/wp-login.php. After they designed my site, they used Elementor and that login address. I can still log in to my WordPress.com site but it says my site is no longer connected. Likewise, anytime I try to reset my password, it only accepts – (email visible only to moderators and staff), not any of my regular email accounts. I never set up an (email visible only to moderators and staff) email till today to try to see if it would come through. Nothing is working. Support keeps sending me to the password support site page. The last time I logged in on my admin site, I changed the password and updated all plugins. But now I can’t even log in to make edits to my site. Any suggestions??

Hey there,
Your site was disconnected from Jetpack, which disconnected it from WordPress.com. I was able to restore the Jetpack plugin and reconnect the site. I am not seeing the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) as your account email, but if you sign in to WordPress.com you can access your site directly.
