    I requested to cancel my entire subscription since I havent used it in months. If you can please help me get the rest if the amount refunded. I received the $18 refund but not the $96.00. Thank you!0

    Hello, it looks like you were able to cancel two days ago, shortly after the renewal occurred. According to your account information, the full refund is on its way to you now, but I should note it can take up to 10 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card provider.
