Help on changing overall font and navigation menu colour

  Can anyone help me amend the overall font on the site and change the nav menu and text to a different colour? It looks odd with such a blocky banner. website is http://www.dottydesigns.biz.

  I cannot get your site to load. But you can start with the below by adding to your custom CSS. Adjust the font size for your liking.

  body {
    font-size: 1em;
  }
