Help! On Deadline! Can I get Archives/Cats/Meta out of the header?

  Archives, Categories, and Meta all show up at the top of my blog – stuck over the header. How do I get them to the bottom as seen on the demo page?

  While we’re at it. Is there a way to get the search box placed in a widget in the right hand column, rather than mid-header?
