help on editing templage

Hi guys
I have not used wordpress for a very long time! I’m actually trying to build my portfolio up and I am stuck on the most basic thing, and I haven’t been able to figure it out.
I am using the ILLUSTRATR free template.
I can’t seem to add the pages on the top – e.g. home, contact etc… example is here

When I go into menu – it says maximum of menu for this theme is 2.. is that the problem? I am not sure…
Please advise.

It appears this particular theme has two menu options. One is at the bottom of the site-header and the other is the social menu which appears at the very bottom of your page on the right side.
To put your menu at the the top, you’ll need to check the box that says “primary menu” on the menu screen and then save your menu.

@siubru, you can have as many menu items (about, portfolio, etc.) as you wish within a particular menu, such as the Primary. There is no limit really except a practical one where there would be so many menu items that it would become confusing for visitors. If you have a need to have a lot of menu items within a menu, the support link @supportmyoffice gave includes instructions on creating submenus where you can group menu items in a drop down submenu.
