help on getting plugins with wordpress.org

  I do not get a Plugins option on my menu in WordPress.org. Can I use plugins in wordpress.org? I want to add the Youtube icon to my editor menu

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  If you are referring to another blog that is a WordPress>ORG install then we cannot help you here with it. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
