  How do you direct traffic from your wordpress.COM blog to an existing website?
  Is there another way you can run advertisements in a WordPress.COM blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There’s no way to advertise other than the Ad Control program, which is open to people with a thousand hits or so daily.

  And blogs whose primary purpose here is to drive traffic to external websites can and will be shut down. Be careful with that.
