Help on new Structure theme

  I love the sample of the new structure theme, but when i set it as my appearance, I can’t figure out how to get the gray box into a picture like the sample. It just stays as this gray mass in the middle of my screen. Can someone help me figure out how to insert a picture there. Please!

  when you go into any post that has a picture and click on the ‘add image’ button, go to the desired picture in the gallery. when you show the details of the picture you can click on ‘use as featured image on home page’ at the bottom.. don’t forget to save all changes after you click on it ;) Good luck!
