Help on pingback and comments

    I would like to take part in the weekly chalkege re animals.
    I created the post and pingback but when I checked it hadn’t appeared. I waited a day in case there is a delay but it did not appear. I checked and doubke checked everything but still nothing.
    I thought maybe the pingback is not working, so I added a comment with the link to the post. The comment did not appear. Maybe I didn’t do something right, so I reentered the comment this time double checking everything but still it did not appear.
    Please can you offer guidance and check for me? The link to the post http://ourbumble.com/guardian-doggy-angel/

    Later, I replied to an editors comment and this time my reply appeared. It looks like I can reply to a comment but not generate a comment, if that makes sense.

    Totally confused and would really appreciate if someone could help guide me inthe right direction. Thanks in advance.
