help on putting wp theme

  helow..
  i have downloaded 1 theme for wp.
  but im not sure how to upload it into my wp blog after ive already bout the paid account.
  could anybody help?

  You’ll have to get your own domain, running the blog through wordpress.

  No, your own domain won’t help. You have to host away from WordPress.com, although you can use WordPress.org software. Getting your own domain name won’t help, nor will buying the CSS upgrade.
