help on setting up a new domain

  Please I would like to link my blog on wordpress to an empty domain I’ve had lying about for a while, now…I do not know where to begin.please can I have a step by step procedure on how this can be done?…and possible charges. Thanks :)

  Brush the dust off the domain, then follow the instructions below:
