Help on What direction to take

    Hello! I came to WordPress because it was advertised that it didn’t require any coding. I have no idea where to start and was hoping you could help
    I am attempting to launch a job site with a job portal. I only have maybe 5 actual pages (home landing page with 2 buttons for employer employee, about, job page and contact page) but I do need a specific function available to make the site match its function.

    I have no idea where to start or what plugins I even need. The job portal search function must be have 1. A location search (miles away from x city) 2. A customized search function that is location based on miles away from a geotagged location (ballparks).

    I didn’t think this would be too difficult but I’d like to know if I do have to hire someone, what am I even asking them to do? Also, what plugins will give me these functionality. All of them say they have the location function and some advanced searches available but don’t mention if I can customize

    Plugins will give you that additional features without the need of any custom code. On WordPress.com, to be able to add plugins or custom themes, you’ll need plan Business:

    If you’re looking for recommendations about plugins, you will likely find more information on the WordPress community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

    These forums are for free WordPress.com users who are not able to install plugins on their sites so you will probably not see many suggestions here :)
