Help: Our plugin got banned for ‘spamming’

    Hi, we had a couple of plugins uploaded to wordpress plugins marketplace.
    Recently we hired a new marketing intern and she started to do some marketing on forums (Not just posting our plugin or spamming, she was actually answering the questions of the community and then at the end of the message she would add a link to the plugin) We did not know that this was forbidden and in consecuence our plugin was taken down. I have searched different ways to contact wordpress with no success. Can anyone help me with this?
