HELP Our site will not load We get Oops! That page can’t be found.

  Oops! That page can’t be found. on new browsers where there isnt anything cached
  If I login to WordPress and Publish then I can see it if I refresh because it is cached. We are planning events, have a national Day of Action and we are totally stuck, and not happy. Please help.
