Help! Page formatting and connection not working

We are doing a fundraising campaign and our donation page is crashing https://thenanproject.org/a-night-for-nan
It’s not a huge number of people, but this is our one fundraiser of the year and people can’t donate. It is working off and on. Please help. -

It looks like you have transferred the domain out and the site you’re using is not hosted with WordPress.com anymore.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
