Help! Page isn’t working

  Hi! When I am trying to login to: https://www.leafymom.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fleafymom.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

  I get the message that:

  This page isn’t working
  http://www.leafymom.com redirected you too many times.
  Try clearing your cookies.
  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  I have tried to login with different browsers. Can you please help me? I need to get back into my site as soon as possible!

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hi leafymom,

  This might be a silly question, but did you try clearing your cookies? Have you tried using Chrome Incognito?

  If neither of those options work, you may want to contact your host provider- there may be a block due to too many log in attempts. Sometimes, depending on the host, it automatically resolves itself after 15-20 minutes. In my experience, contacting the host can be a little faster and will give you the option to change their default security settings so that the block doesn’t happen too often.
