Help! Pages Duplicating Automatically.

    Ok so im new to wordpress. I am trying to make a website for a company we trying to launch. I had got done with the homepage. So i made a new page called About Us. It worked well. I built the page using the visual editor without any problem. Now when this page was done i had to make a Contact Us Page. So I did create a new page. Upon creating i found it suspicious that this new page was a total duplicate of the About Us page i built. I thought thats how it works so i continued to build the Contact Us Page. Once i was done. I saw that the changes i made to the Contact Us Page was also reflected on the About Us Page. It was either me getting the About Us Page back or keeping the Contact Us Page. So i just got the old About Us Page from the Revisions.

    Well now no matter how much i try to make a new page. It just duplicates the About Us Page. And i cant even make changes to this new page as it reflects changes onto my about us Page. I might be making a mistake here as i am new which i think is unlikely. Or it may be a problem cuz of the themes and stuff which i dont know much about. Plus i dont know any HTML or Css. I just the visual editor. So can someone guide me how to stop the new Pages from Duplicating. This problem has already wasted a lot of my time so it ll be appreciated if someone can help out.
