HELP: Parked Domain

One of our employees left the company and we have lost the login information to be able to renew our domain subscription. As of now our domain is parked and our whole emailing system is down because we cant pay this renewal fee.
Can someone please help us get our domain back up.

Oh dear! Assuming the company paid for the domain, can you use a previous transaction ID with the form we mention here?

Thank you for that helpful lead! I went to the account recovery form entered in the information hoping it would work and it said:
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”
I know for a fact we have a domain account with wordpress.com because if you go to this link:
https://www.whois.com/whois/westoverconstruction.com
It says we have a domain with wordpress.com.
I even have a transaction ID on hand but the system is not allowing me to proceed forward :(
Is there any other possible way to recover this account? -
Yes, the domain you gave us points here and is registered with us, but it is parked. Sorry the form isn’t working! I’m going to reach out by email so you can send the code that way.

My issues is I cannot get emails to that address because our domain is shut down, is there any way to do the private messaging through wordpress? Is there any way I can change my email associated so we can send it to my private email. I have everything I need to verify we are the company trying to reestablish our domain.

Is it possible that you are continuing to send replies within that email we sent? In the future can you avoid responding to your own support request until a member of staff has responded?
The team that handles account access issues like this responds to requests in the order they receive them, and your activity has the effect of moving your request to the “back of the line” which is why it has not been seen yet.
I understand that you are eager to resolve this issue, and unfortunately your previous employee left you in a bit of a jam. We’re very sensitive to that but due to the way that domain ownership is regulated by law, it complicates our ability to help you in these public forums. Because of this we’ll need you to practice a bit of patience and I assure you our team will reply when they are able.
