Help – part of the screen is a blank white box

  Hi all, 1st post here. Hope you can help. I’ve clicked something in WordPress & now all I can see is a blank white box on the right hand side – how do I remove this? See attached picture – it is the area circled in red, on the right hand side. Is appears to be stuck there with nothing clickable on it or an ability to shut it down or resize it.

  Ah! it was the help button that was blocking it- all sorted.
